The Adventures of Liam Wright

With a wild man toddler on our hands, this year has already proven to be busy, fast paced, and so fun! 

Since our dating years, Ben and I have always loved to document our "first's" together (anything from our first hike to our first trip out of the country). If you know Ben, you know he is a "moments" guy so this should come as no surprise! 

Obviously, this has carried over into raising our first child - and since I am an iphone picture crazed mom - we've successfully documented many of Liam's 2014 "first's" so far. 

Here are a few: 

-- First time helping mommy cook and serve his dad a Valentine's Day breakfast in bed 

-- First of many chicken wrangles (in our new backyard!) 

-- First trip to Pullen Park. Complete with friends, a train ride, picnic, and carousel ride! 

-- First trip to the Science Museum, where I'm pretty sure the story time lady did not appreciate our presence. Maybe a more appropriate activity in a few months :)  

-- First family hike at Umstead 

-- First set of stitches...

--First ear infection (make that a double) - the same week as stitches! Tough boy, he deserved ice cream again.

remember when it snowed every single day...?

I think I'll blame the snow for my complete blog shut down since January.

Snow and a toddler who seems to need my attention 24/7, whom I love dearly :)

I couldn't skip out on posting about the snow because:

1 :: what kind of Mom would I be if I didn't stuff my child into a "Christmas Story" snow suit and force him to sit there while I documented his first snow day??

2 :: it was so pretty!

3 :: it seemed to be around - or at least threaten to be around for a solid few months...and this NEVER happens in NC.

4 :: Liam in a snow suit. And his cheeks.
